Then we will sit down and I will review with you the pricing of your home. I have many years of experience and have been trained to accurately price your home by a New Jersey Certified Appraiser. My training, experience, knowledge of you town and the market will insure that I show you how I reached a Professional Market Value of your home.

Once I show you how I get to a Price on your home and you completely understand then I work very hard to get you a price ABOVE market value.

We also make sure that all the special features you have in your home and the neighborhood you are highlighted so the buyer sees the value in your home.

We will assist you in “staging” your home. We will make your home attractive to the ideal buyers. We will offer advice, spend as much time needed in your home to prepare it for sale. This is a completely complementary service we offer.

We will help you prepare for the photoshoot of your home.

The day of the photoshoot, my team and I will be at your home to assist the photographer.
